REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Royal Ruby Ritual, we strive to ensure that you receive the highest quality products. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a limited return and refund policy.
No Return Policy
As our products are consumable (tea), we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
We offer a replacement or refund only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Wrong product delivered
👉 To request a replacement/refund:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging
Refund Process
- Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
Non-Eligible Cases
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Change of mind
- Taste preferences
- Delay caused by courier partners
